Property search
The listing search on the properties page is embedded from FlexMLS, the platform behind the Arizona Regional MLS. It is functional content you choose to interact with, not advertising or analytics. Interacting with the search may set cookies from that provider, governed by their own privacy policy rather than this one. The embed loads only on the properties page.

How is the Global Privacy Control signal handled?
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site detects it and denies the analytics and advertising categories automatically, before any tag loads. No banner appears and no confirmation is required. The signal is treated as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information.
Global Privacy Control is supported natively by some browsers and available as an extension for others. Twelve states currently require businesses to honor it, and this site honors it regardless of where you are located.
Why is there no forced consent wall?
Because United States privacy law does not require one. As of 2026, none of the twenty state comprehensive privacy laws in force requires opt in consent before non essential cookies load. What they require is a working opt out mechanism, a Do Not Sell or Share link, and automatic recognition of Global Privacy Control. This site provides all three, plus a granular preference center, and defaults analytics and advertising to off until you choose otherwise.
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the same controls apply and non essential categories remain off until you allow them.
Changing your mind
Open the cookie preference center from this link or from the footer of any page. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings, which resets your choice and causes the notice to appear again.
