This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It applies to christiancorbett.com and to inquiries submitted through it.

What information is collected

- Name, email address, and phone number submitted through the inquiry form
- Property address, area of interest, and price range you tell us about
- The content of messages you send
Information collected automatically
- Pages viewed, time on page, and referring source, if you allow analytics cookies
- Approximate location derived from IP address, general to the city level
- Device and browser type
No sensitive personal information is intentionally collected. Financial account numbers, government identifiers, and precise geolocation are not requested through this site and should never be submitted through the inquiry form.
Why the information is used
- To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate brokerage services
- To send information about properties or market conditions you asked about
- To measure which pages and properties receive attention, so the site can be improved
- To measure the performance of property advertising campaigns
- To comply with Arizona real estate recordkeeping obligations
Who your information is shared with
Personal information is not sold for money. Information may be shared with:
- APEX Residential, as the affiliated brokerage
- Service providers who operate the website, email, and customer records systems
- Title, escrow, lending, and inspection professionals, only when you are an active client and only as needed for your transaction
- Advertising and analytics platforms, including Google and Meta, if you allow the advertising or analytics cookie categories
Sharing information with advertising platforms for targeted advertising may qualify as a "sale" or "share" under some state privacy laws even though no money changes hands. You can turn this off at any time. See the section below.
Your privacy rights and how to exercise them
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information is held about you, to request a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising.
Opt out of sale or sharing
Two mechanisms are available, and both work without contacting anyone:
- Do Not Sell or Share link. Use the link in the site footer, or click here. This immediately switches off the advertising and analytics categories and records the choice.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser or a browser extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, this site detects it and switches off advertising and analytics automatically, before any tag loads. No banner appears and no confirmation is required. This is treated as a valid opt out request.
Manage cookie categories
Open the cookie preference center at any time to change which categories are allowed. Your choice is stored for twelve months.
Access, correction, and deletion
Email christian@apexre.io with the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe what you want. Requests are answered within 45 days. Verification of identity may be required before information is released or deleted. You will not be charged or treated differently for making a request.
If a request is denied, you may appeal by replying to the response. Appeals are answered within 45 days.
How long information is kept
Inquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain the client relationship. Transaction records are kept for the period required by Arizona Department of Real Estate rules. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider, currently a maximum of 14 months.
Children
This site is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact christian@apexre.io and it will be deleted.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send financial account numbers, wire instructions, or government identifiers through the website form. Wire fraud is a real risk in real estate transactions: always verify wire instructions by phone using a number you independently confirm.
Third party links
This site links to third party sites including Instagram and APEX Residential. Those sites have their own privacy policies and this policy does not govern them.
Fair Housing
Christian Corbett and APEX Residential comply with the Federal Fair Housing Act and the Arizona Fair Housing Act. Information collected through this site is never used to steer clients toward or away from any area on the basis of a protected class.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
