Communities
Which Arizona communities does Christian Corbett serve?
Paradise Valley, North Scottsdale, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Cave Creek, and Carefree. Within those, his most active submarkets are Kierland, Pinnacle Peak, Camelback East Village, the Cactus Corridor, East Shea, and Paradise Valley Village.
These are not one market. Each has its own buyer pool, its own inventory pattern, and its own pricing logic. Each also has its own page below, with the geography, what drives value there, what to verify before you offer, and answers to the questions buyers actually ask.
Paradise Valley
Paradise Valley is Arizona's highest priced residential municipality, built almost entirely on one acre minimum estate lots between Camelback Mountain and Mummy Mountain. There are no commercial corridors inside the town limits apart from a small number of resorts.
Buyers here are typically purchasing land, view corridor, and privacy first, and the house second. Values vary sharply by parcel: elevation, mountain view, and whether the lot can support a new build all move the number materially.
North Scottsdale
North Scottsdale covers the desert foothills above the 101, including Troon, Pinnacle Peak, Desert Mountain, and Estancia. This is golf and trail country, with boulder outcroppings, elevated homesites, and long sightlines across the Sonoran Desert.
Club membership structure matters as much as the residence. Some communities include a membership opportunity with purchase and some do not, and that distinction can represent a six figure difference in the true cost of ownership.
Scottsdale
Central and South Scottsdale include the Cactus Corridor, East Shea, Kierland, and the Scottsdale Airpark. Product ranges from mid century ranch homes on large lots to new build contemporary residences and lock and leave condominiums.
This is the most liquid part of Christian's market. Kierland and the Airpark draw buyers who want walkability and a low maintenance second residence. The Cactus Corridor draws buyers who want lot size closer to the center of the valley.
Phoenix
Christian's Phoenix work concentrates in Camelback East Village, which includes Arcadia and the Biltmore area. Arcadia is known for its flood irrigated lots, mature citrus, and direct Camelback Mountain views. The Biltmore corridor offers resort adjacent condominiums and golf frontage.
Arcadia in particular rewards local knowledge. Irrigation rights, lot orientation, and proximity to the canal path all affect value, and two homes on the same street can price very differently.
Cave Creek and Carefree
North of Scottsdale, Cave Creek and Carefree offer larger acreage parcels, equestrian property, and significantly less light pollution. Elevation runs higher, which means summer temperatures typically run several degrees cooler than central Phoenix.
Buyers here are usually trading commute time for land, quiet, and view. Well and septic considerations are common and should be reviewed carefully during due diligence.
Choosing a community
It depends on what you are optimizing for. Choose Paradise Valley for estate lot size and privacy, North Scottsdale for golf and desert views, central Scottsdale for walkability and liquidity, Arcadia for mature landscaping and Camelback views, and Cave Creek or Carefree for acreage and cooler elevation.
Paradise Valley and Desert Mountain sit at the top of the valley's pricing. Central Scottsdale and Arcadia generally follow. Cave Creek and Carefree typically deliver more land per dollar in exchange for a longer drive to the central corridor. Current numbers for a specific submarket are available on request.
Arizona luxury activity concentrates from October through April, when seasonal residents are in the valley. Listings launched in the fall generally see the deepest buyer pool. Summer is thinner but can favor a prepared buyer, since competition drops.
Yes. Having lived and worked in the Bay Area, Lake Tahoe, and Park City before returning to Scottsdale, Christian regularly works with buyers relocating from other luxury markets and can conduct video tours and remote due diligence.

Tell Christian what you want out of the property and he will narrow it to two or three corridors worth your time, with current pricing for each.
